be copied, reproduced, transmitted, displayed or altered in any manner without DASH's prior consent.
Trademarks used on the Site are property of DASH and may not be used, in whole, partial or modified form,
without permission from DASH and even then only with proper acknowledgement. In addition, DASH custom graphics, logos, buttons,
icons and page headers are covered by trademark and other proprietary right laws, and may not be used in whole, partial or
modified form without prior written permission from DASH. Other trademarks, service marks, registered trademarks, product and
service names, and company names or logos that appear on the Site are property of their respective owners and have granted DASH
the permission of use or display thereof.
SITE SECURITY. Violating the security of our Site is highly prohibited and is punishable by laws.
Examples of security violations include but are not limited to unauthorized access or use of data or systems or
any attempt to scan or test the vulnerability of the site, any attempt to breach the security measures or unauthorized
monitoring of data or traffic. DASH holds the right to investigate incidents involving such violations and may cooperate
with law enforcement agencies in the event that a criminal violation is suspected.
INDEMNIFICATION. By access to the Site, you consent to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DASH, its employees, officers,
representatives and subsidiaries from and against all losses, damages and costs made by any third-party due to or arising out of your use of our Site.
